Hi, When I try and activate the latest Business Directory Plugin on wordpress 3.9.1 installed on IIS it crashes the admin area. I had no problems on wordpress 3.8.1 site. Also tried with all plugins deactivated.

Errors below when you try and load the admin area. Seems to just be menu-header.php that is the issue.
