Coupon Codes not appearing with s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form shortcode (1 post)

I am using the Paypal Pro-Forms shortcode generator to generate a shortcode. Having pasted that into a checkout page, I've modified the value of the accept_coupons attribute to be "1". Here's the shortcode I'm using:

    [s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form level="1" ccaps="languaging" desc="SE Languaging Study Guide" ps="paypal" lc="" cc="USD" dg="0" ns="1" ta="0" tp="0" tt="D" ra="10.00" rp="1" rt="L" rr="BN" rrt="" rra="2" accept="paypal,visa,mastercard,amex,discover,maestro,solo" accept_via_paypal="paypal" coupon="" accept_coupons="1" default_country_code="" captcha="0" /]

When viewing the page, the div which contains the coupon entry input (id="s2member-pro-paypal-checkout-form-coupon-section") has a style="display:none;" attribute applied to it, and a CSS rule that also sets display:none.

How do I cause s2member to make that div visible?

The site is not yet publicly accessible, so I'm not including a link to the page — sorry!

    Thanks!
