Coupon Codes Not always working

I’ve created a $25.00 off Coupon that I give to customers to buy our product from our website if there isn’t a retail store in thier area that selsl our product. I simply provide them the code name “25off” and it doesnt work. I’ve cleared the code and made it again and tested it myself and I just cant get it to work. I’ve built two conditions in the code 1) item name equal to (i’ve types in the product name) 2) item name equal to (The SKU). I added the two filters because I’m just not sure what the condition is pointing to.

Any help would be greatfully appreciated. I’m about to get 5000 coupon cards printed off and I cant put the coupon code on ithem if the code is not going to work.
