Country list in Spanish

Hi Jacques,
I am running the plugin in Spanish. The country list for user location is in French, how do I change it to Spanish?

Also, how to add REGIONS to the country? For the plugin right now, it seems only the regions in France are loaded. All others show “Indifferent”.

Same thing with CITIES, if there is a way to add cities in countries, so they can choose from a drop down list rather than inputting it manually.
