Hi Frank, I have downloaded your neweast version from GitHub (1.8.11).
(It looks BTW identical with the one here at wordpress.org)
Still I also experience that the count down wont work. The ‘call’ is generated fine in the html, but nothing shows up on the page?
    Any suggestions?

Countdown still doesn’t work correctly. I shows up, but it doesn’t actually count down. Just when you reload the site. I noticed a small box next to the countdown, maybe it’s something about it?

by the way: In Safari on my iPhone the Countdown works perfectly.

Please check the dev version, there have fixed this issue.

    Thanks for feedback.

    Yup, that fixed it!

hmmm, still not showing the count down??
    Check here: http://tilmelding.utamaduni.dk

It works now, but the text is formated very bad, not even a bit of space between the text.

MadsSafi: Have you inserted “%1$s” into your maintenance-text?

    Hi,
sorry…. 🙁 I did’nt see that I have to both “activate” AND use a shortcode. Thanks for clarifying this to me!
Now it do render a count down 🙂

But like Ranj0 sys, it lacks a space between “number and text”
    Now it is:
    6Dage22Timer27Minutter15Sekunder (danish)
It should be more like this:
    6 Dage, 22 Timer, 27 Minutter, 15 Sekunder.

Hope that this can be fixed 🙂

Also, suddenly, I have the problem that the Admin-login link are broke (apparently because of a conflict with “ThemeMyLogin”-plugin.
They were co-existing before upgrade with no problem….

It’s still broken in the released 1.8.11 version from 07.07.14.
It’s not counting down. Also a small grey <span> element ist showing to the right side of the “seconds”.
