“Couldn’t write to” error

    This afternoon my site has displayed the following message when you load up the front page:

    Couldn’t write to: /vs/wp-content/cache/wp-cache-d5692e3c3093527909afd84631546576.html

    It was working fine an hour or two ago and I’ve not touched the site since. Any suggestions? I’m running 2.5 and not currently in a position to upgrade at the moment.
