   I'm not sure which version I am using because I can't get it to come up. I think it is the one before the last update.

   I have multiple sites and suddenly could only login to one of them. I tried to recover the password and got the message
   Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid

   I found a post that told me to add wp_set_password('password',1); to the function.php file.
   I added it and now the page won't even come up. I get
   Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /home/content/t/u/4/tu4calling/html/uk/wp-content/themes/tealish2uk/functions.php on line 1

   Then I reopen the function file and everything is different. Many things are on the same line and word wrap is not turned on.
   Will it still work like that?
   Is notepad not good for editing that file?
   Do I need to or can I replace it with a function file from another of my wp pages?

   And how do I get back into my sites?

   Any ideas?

   Sounds like you've introduced a syntax error in your theme's functions.php file. Try uploading an original copy of the file via FTP.
