Based on the absence of any walk-through examples or video demos, I was unable to get any banners to appear on my WP site. I gave up and deleted the plugin, but then I got a response from the author and reinstalled it. I had to try a bunch of different approaches until one finally worked. I wasn't sure what the syntax was supposed to look like, so this was a bit time consuming. An example with screen shots or screencast would have been really helpful.

Nevertheless, now that the plugin does work, I'm buying it.

Perhaps try the knowledge base on your next attempt ;)

The links to it are in the plugin above every AdRotate page in your dashboard.

Yep, I read it, but there's no walk-through or video screen cast showing how to get one simple ad to show up. I can do this manually by simply putting a link to an image file, but then it will not rotate between other ads. I'm almost ready to pay someone on Elance to code this plugin from scratch. I wonder what the secret is.

I can get the actual code to show up instead of an ad, but that's not very useful.
