Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-on
Could not load Salesforce contact lists. Error: (3 posts)

    I had the integration successfully working just 30 mins. ago, then all of a sudden my form is no longer appearing on the page, or in the Gravity Forms form editor. I know I am using the proper login and password, as I am logged into SalesForce using that login. I tried deactivating the "Gravity Forms Salesforce API Add-On" plugin, and my form re-appeard. I reactivated the plugin, it stopped working.

    This is the only error message I can find on the Forms > Salesforce settings:

    1. Select the Object to create when a form is submitted.
    Salesforce Object
    Refresh objects & fields
    Could not load Salesforce contact lists.
    Error:

    Please help, thank you!

    Login to Salesforce and reset the password and generate a new security token. Update these in the plugin settings page.
    Let me know if it solves the issue.

    That did work, thank you. Now I am getting another error. I've got a dropdown and I'm trying to have the value of the dropdown put into Salesforce, with Partner Name under the label, and the corresponding partner name's ID code as the value. When I submit, I get this error:

    stdClass Object
    (
        [fields] => Array
            (
                [0] => Id
            )

        [message] => cannot specify Id in an insert call
        [statusCode] => INVALID_FIELD_FOR_INSERT_UPDATE
    )

    Any thoughts?
