Could not create directory theme

    hi
    After completing installation of WP i wana change theme.After trying many templates evry templates give failure showng

    Could not create directory. /home/a2119925/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/easel/

    i dnt knw hw to create directory???

    help plz..

    Try changing the permissions on the wp-content directory to 766. If you still have problems, try 767, 775 or 777. Once your uploads are working, change the permissions on wp-content back to 755 again and check that everything still works OK.

    argh!
    I must be being thick, I have been trying for weeks to sort this out. I basically can’t do anything as it says “Could not create directory” whatever I do.
    I keep reading changing permissions on wp-content directory and upload folder and have no idea where these are!
    Please can someone tell me how to find my wp-contents directory, how to change my permissions on upload folders and where my misc settings are on the dashboard and I will love you forever….

    Please help me I am losing the will to live :$
