   Using dashboard - find plugin.
   Selected plugin and clicked "install"
   Install page shows host name: http://ftp.domain.com (also tried: domain.com)
   Password is as for epanel access. ftp selected.

   I get message "Could not create directory. /domain-www"
   Permissions on domain root are fine.

   Suggestions? Had a look through the forum but no luck.

   Problem solved - http://ftp.domain.com:21

   err, forget the http:// part and just put the http://ftp.etc in

   Love WP forum. OK do not put the http:// part in. OK
