    Two things:

    1. How and where do I change the image? It's got rotating images and I'd be happy with either the rotating images or one static image.

    2. I have no posts, just a static homepage. If I label the homepage as "home," the menu shows two tabs called "home." Both contain the same content. If I remove the title from my homepage (my first page under "pages"), the menu has one "home" followed by a blank (unnamed) tab, followed by the rest of the menu tabs. That blank tab can be clicked and brings up the same content as on the homepage.

    How do I fix it so I have only one "home" tab and no unnamed tab?

    Thank you!

    A dear geek friend tipped me off on how to remove one of the "home" tabs:

    Remove this line of code:

    <li><a>/" class="on">home</a></li>

    Now if I can only figure out how to change that photo. Anyone know? Here's the random image code:

    <?php
    $random_image = rand(1,5); // the second number should equal the total number of images that you want to rotate
    ?>
    <img src="<?php bloginfo('template_url'); ?>/headers/header_<?php echo $random_image; ?>.jpg" alt="Random header image... Refresh for more!"/>

    And for the main image:

    <div id="photobar">

    <?php
    $random_image = rand(1,2);
    ?>
    <img src="<?php bloginfo('template_url'); ?>/headers/header_<?php echo $random_image; ?>.jpg" alt="alt text here" />

    </div><!--END RIGHTCOL-->`

    I'm looking for an answer to this also. I just realized that there were rotating banner images. I can find references to the static image and also to the rotating images but don't know php so can't figure out what to do with them.
