    Hi guys, how do I verify Google webmaster tool in WordPress.

    This is what Google suggest:

    Copy the meta tag below, and paste it into your site's home page. It should go in the <head> section, before the first <body> section.

    <meta name="google-site-verification" content="H2d4_VtwHLkK917OQlqk3q7vLRzWQMwBjKLisDrPqc4" />

    How can it be added in wordpress site (let's say http://ferrarid.com)? Where exactly? can it be done without going into the code?

    The html file upload option is easier. Use FTP. See Filezilla and FTP Clients « WordPress Codex.
