copperminefetch and a few questions

Well here a few questions I been wondering

CoppermineFetch – Is it a WP plugin? or just a standalone script?

WYSIWYG in comments, I would like to use a neat one with just standard functions (bold italic etc etc) I searched a lot here, found the WYSI-Wordpress but it just for editing post and it has some things I didn’t like.

Static Url – I been looking for something that does this
David’s Blog >> Etc >> etc , I found one but err i don’t think that was the correct mod, it was called front page static something.

GD titles – I want to make gradient titles, but I don’t know any plugin :(. I searched but I didn’t find any link completely relate to this.

Whatpulse – Any plugin to parse whatpulse xml? (or how to)

Admin specific color in comments – I saw this in mezzoblue or stopdesign i think, I found it pretty neat, but I don’t know how to do it, any tutorial for this? (Haven’t searched abou this yet)
