   It depends, are you trying to convert a vBulletin forum, or the whole vBulletin CMS?

   I'm sure there is a way to get your content to WordPress, but I don't think it would be a simple one step migration.

   If you have a forum, you can migrate that phpBB easily, and from there migrate to bbPress, and integrate bbPress into a WordPress site.

   For the CMS side, I'd look at Drupal. You can migrate just about any platform to Drupal, and from Drupal it is an easy jump to WordPress.

   vBulletin to WordPress is very easy and takes only 1 hour, I've just found out gConverter, they have already cared about that, just ask them.
