I like the way the horizontal nav menu highlights the page you're on, with the yellow letters yellow side borders. Also like the sub-header that goes all the way across and has wide readable intro text for each page/category.
However I still get bored of the common problem of the empty sidebar once you scroll a bit down the page.

Hopefully as more categories are added the empty sidebar will begin to fill up.
I really like your layout - especially the header and nav bar layout. Very easy to read also - a nice blend of colors. Bulleting system is also excellent.
I think it would be a real hit if you released it as a theme.
