   This is just a minor thing, but it would be nice, if MOSI could automatically uncheck the "disable markdown formatting" button once the user has checked the "convert html to markdown"-checkbox and clicked save.

   A good idea, but I'm considering just removing HTML -> MD.

   Do you use that functionality a lot?

   From time to time. Whenever I update old entries on my site (and these are still written in html), I first convert them to md using this very function.
