Use the technique here How to easily display links to both Pages and Categories in the blog navigation header?
Even if you don’t show pages in your navigation the information still applies.

in which file should i do this changes?
sorry for any inconvenience
With the help of the Template Hierarchy article, determine what Template is displaying that info, then edit that template.
Or consider a plugin such as

Wow, You Rock Man.
Thank you Thank you Thank you.
That simply-exclude plugin appears to be what I’m looking for Michael.
I have been trying to get my RSS feeds to direct to a specific page that people can click on to view those posts as their own little blog page.
I still would like to do that, but I am wondering how I can actually just redirect the posts so they go to that pre-built page.
Is there an “include” plugin that you recommend that would allow me to build a page that only accepts posts of a specific category?
This plug-in is a huge help and I am grateful, but was wondering if there is a more complete solution to get me over the finish line.
Many thanks.
