Recently converted a site from HTML to WP. Now I've lost all my rankings. Was on page one of Google, now not even in the top 100. Anyone else have this problem? Or anyone have any suggestions?

  2. Did you redirect your old URLs to new ones?

Look for a 301 redirection plugin, and set up the redirects from ALL of your old pages to the new pages. That will help in the short term.

In the long term it's not as big of a deal. As soon as Google realises that your site still has content, but it's just moved to another location, you will gain the rankings back. Of course, that does assume that you've got all of the links to those pages sorted out correctly. That's why it's a good idea ot leave the redirects active for as long a sthe site is live. That way everything is always redirected to the right place.
