Controlling widgets, Plugins etc

I have over 30+ plugins running on my sight. I tried over 60 but a lot failed.

Once area that needs serious improvement is ALL plugins should only be allowed in ONE AREA of the DASHBOARD and not hidden away under some settings or tools menu or worst net to the name of the file.
It is really annoying to configure some plugins.

ONE MENU FIELD on the dashboard menu under called ACTIVE PLUGINS. Picky I know but as a user of WP its annoying to see some smart pants create a plugin and then find out its crap.
