I need to be able to control which pages show in the mobile version. I am finding that all pages not marked “private” currently show. This is a problem because some are intended to be blind. This site is going to have a membership component using Wishlist, with a whole collection of message pages that should only be viewed after an appropriate action.

I tried checking the box for “hide page heading” in the edit page screen but it doesn’t seem to do anything. Am I missing something?

I am working on the site now and reinstalling Wishlist, so it is subject to change, but the url is http://dev.blueplanetlaw.com/

    thank you!

    Hi catwingz,

All Device Theme Switcher does is change the theme delivered to the user. That’s it. If a user visits your site with a handheld device, all this plugin does is show the user the handheld theme that you created specifically for handheld devices. Any logic you need in your handheld theme is done entirely in the theme. For instance, if you have a menu that needs to look different in your handheld theme, simply make a new menu for that theme that does not include the ‘hidden’ pages and place it only in that one theme.

While developing your mobile/tablet theme – create the theme, and set it as your active/default theme. This way you can emulate what those users are seeing, and you can tailor the theme as you see fit.

I’ll talk to the theme developer about it. There were some other problems as well and I ended up having to go the /m route to get it to behave properly.

At least now I know it’s a theme issue, not a plugin issue! Thanks
