Control Items in posts.

Is there a plugin/way to add CONTROL tools into wordpress posts? e.g if I wish to add the following form to my posts is it possible.

Enter a Number : [————-] (Text Box) Input
Enter another :[—————] (Text Box)Input

[BUTTON] When clicked sums the two.
And the result is [——sum——]
