Contributors unable to insert gallery into post

    I have contributors to our site who are able to create galleries and upload pictures in them. However, when they try to insert a gallery into a post using the button, the drop down box keeps loading endlessly. It works fine when you put the actual short code into the post (example: [nggallery id=2] ), but I want to make this as uncomplicated as possible for our contributors and have them simply use the button and drop-down menu. Any idea why the button works as admin but not as contributor? Thanks in advance!
