I need help on my Blog. I want contributors to the Blog to be able to upload images and add links to other sites and information. How do I do I set this up?????

Out of the box, you can't currently do this with WordPress, however you can use the Role Manager Plugin and enable permission for contributors to upload files.

But that also allows it to delete and see all the other uploaded images in the blog by the administrator and other members.
Is there a possibiliy, that it can see/upload/delete his/her own images within a blog post?
