   Greetings. I don't want the Contributors to see the titles of (pending review) drafts left by other Contributors in the Manage tab in their admin. I want them to see only the approved posts and their own unpublished drafts if any. I think WordPress should correct it. Is there a way I can hide others' draft titles somehow? Please help. Thanks in advance.

   Or if this is not possible, is there a way to hide the Manage tab itself from the Contributors? I don't want to use the bulky Role Manager plugin.
