eagerwatcherI would like people to be able to post on my new site, but not be able to delete mine, or other people's posts.
"Author" seems to give the person the ability to delete other people's posts which I definitely don't want.
"Contributor" seems right, but if so then the program needs improving because I can still select the edit box, and choose "trash".
It doesn't work, so it would seem like the option shouldn't be there of course.
Am I missing anything?

* Administrator - Somebody who has access to all the administration features
* Editor - Somebody who can publish posts, manage posts as well as manage other people's posts, etc.
* Author - Somebody who can publish and manage their own posts
* Contributor - Somebody who can write and manage their posts but not publish posts
* Subscriber - Somebody who can read comments/comment/receive news letters, etc.
