Continuous image rotation/carousel?

Hi,
My apologies if this was placed in the incorrect forum. I’m designing a website and the client is looking for an image slider or carousel of sort that moves continuously, uninterrupted. The goal would be what is shown here with the moving images: http://strengthofconviction.com/

Does anyone have any plugin in mind that could create such an effect? I have tried several, and have been unable to create the effect yet.
