Contest Plugin???

Does anyone know of a contest plugin that allows people to enter a contest, but limits the entries to only one per email address?

We are having a contest to guess the date and time of birth of our daughter, and the winner will receive a prize, but we want only one entry per email address. It should be a lot of fun.

Any ideas? Thanks!
