Content Wraps Around Blank Area (3 posts)

I created a new page today, and one paragraph is indented to about the middle of the page. In HTML view, there are no codes with this paragraph. There is are heading 3 <h3></h3> codes surrounding the line above this particular paragraph, as is repeated throughout the page with no other problem.

I deleted the paragraph. When I viewed the page, two lines of the next paragraph were then wrapping around this same blank area.

It is as though a placeholder of some sort is there, causing the content to wrap around it.

No alignment or indention has been applied to that paragraph.

As I said before, nothing shows up in the HTML view.

Do you know what might be causing this?

Unless you provide a link to a page demonstrating the problem, no one will be able to offer much in the way of specific help.

    Thanks ... here's the link: http://www.texaslazygardener.com
    (Did I do that right?)

On the page entitled "Gardening - July and August" under the heading "Ongoing Maintenance" (about halfway down the page), is the paragraph I described above.

I can see what caused the paragraph to indent - a "lost" Google AdSense ad. This was not visible when I posted my original message.

Today, I was trying to resolve a different problem with the Google AdSense ads being messed up. I'm conversing with AdSense to resolve that.

Since AdSense placed the ads on my pages, I'm guessing I have no control over them. Am I right, or is there something I can do to remove this missplaced ad?

Thanks for your interest in helping me.
