content off page

    I am not sure how to reset my plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin. But my content is off the page after I login into my admin and go to pages or post to view the pages, the content is still off to the right side. Could you please help me to solve this problem. If you can give me step-by-step instructions or a video on how to do this I would be grateful. Thanks for your time in this matter.
