   I wonder If this has ever been mentioned or not. But I did search it over and over again, but it did not show up in my search. so,

   I just want to know whether that a blog can be reported to use a work from the others while the blog did not mention or credit the author of the original work and might had claimed the work instead.

   The authors of the work have already contacted me, but i cannot make any call yet too though. As a fellow blogger, it feels really bad to see one of our colleagues' work has been ripped off by some non responsible people.

   I hope some of you can help. Thanks before.

   Not really.

   WordPress.ORG is software, and there are no restrictions or oversight as to what you use it for. You could contact the site owner, or the ISP, and point out that they're in copyright violation, however enforcing that is complicated.
