Content does not show after upload of sql database

My wordpress blog has been hacked. I had to delete my blog, reinstall and then I uploaded a copy of my sql database which I had made one week ago. All the content is in the database as I can see the content in phpmyadmin but no content is showing on my blog. When I login to my wp-admin panel it says 400 posts published but it does not show me a single post either. How can I fix this please?
