    Hi:
I have already read this thread:
    http://wordpress.org/support/topic/258188

in which people seem to be having the exact same problem I am having. Which is that when I upload more than 6 images (200px x 500px) of the same size within the text of a page (NOT as part of a gallery) ALL the content disappears and only the title shows.

I read through that thread BUT when I called my isp they said there is no such line in the PHP file (“pcre.backtrack_limit value to 100000”) and he has no idea what else to change. PLEASE help, as we regularly do top 10 posts and its frustrating to not be able t have a photo for each.

    Thanks in advance!

I have spoken to my host and they added the file but it STILL does it–when I add more than 6 photos, no matter the size, a post that was absolutely perfect all of a sudden no longer shows any content–only the title.

I spent an hour on the phone with a nice tech support guy at the ISP but he really has no idea what’s wrong, even after looking at your link (ps the link to the second site does not work0.

Could you be so kind as to give me more clear directions on what exactly I need to do to fix this?

    Thanks so much in advance,

    Sam

    NOTE: THIS IS FIXED!
After a very kind technician at Bluehost.com spent 45 minutes on the phone with me, he figured out that he had to:
    1) Add in that pcre.trackback line
    2) AND make sure the ht access was pointing the site to the correct php.ini file.

He did it and it now works so this is resolved thanks!
