Container no longer showing

I’ve been using this widget for over a year on my website and it worked beautifully for the most part… but recently the widget just disappeared. All I see is the title I’ve given it, which shows top right on my sidebar, but nothing else. Anything you can help me with? My website is http://www.laboiteamots.ca should you wish to take a look.
