Container image not repeating in Firefox, Fine in IE

    OK, I don’t know all that much about CSS and have googled myself silly. Basically I have my theme all ready to go, except for one problem. And it’s only in firefox. In forefox the container image won’t repeat all the way to the footer, but it does in IE. Here’s the CSS….any ideas?
