contactform7phone plugin

I attempted to install a contact form7 widget plugin and once I did and activated it I was unable to visit any other page on my dashboard. I tried signing out and back in again to reset and I received the same error message

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpcf7_add_tag_generator() in /mnt/stor3-wc2-dfw1/489209/516772/www.returningglory.com/web/content/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7-phone-mask-module/phone.php on line 233

Please help. I saw a solution on another post but I am very new to this and didn’t understand how to do what the tech stated. Could someone walk me through it? This is a business website and is still under construction
