I'm creating a site for a manuscript editing llc -- floatinghousellc.com
I'd like to put a "Submit Here" button on the left sidebar that is essentially a contact form with a place to attach documents. Easy enough with something like Fast Secure Contact. However, we'd also like to charge a reading fee. The reading fee would be something small like $20 (we really just want to cut down on giving quotes for books that aren't really ready for the editing stage).
Does such a plugin exist? I can't seem to find one. What are my other options?
