   I am creating a website and have installed the contact form 7 plugin. However i cant get it to sent any emails. No matter what email address i enter it comes up with the error message (with red surround) stating email address seems invalid. I have tried a number of different valid email addressed.

   The plugin is up to date.

   Any ideas whether I am doing something wrong?

   Thanks. I'd already read that and it didn't help. My workmate solved it, the phone number was validating against email criteria. Removed the email tag from the phone number field and it works :)
