Are there any full bodied contact management (preferably free) plugins for WP? Can Mail Chimp be considered in this category? What other means to accomplish this can integrate with WP? Any other suggestions?

Hi,
I just did a quick search on "CRM" in plugins, and got a bunch of stuff to appear. That may get you started.http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search.php?q=crm&sort=
But to be honest, I haven't done it myself, and CRM is a ginormous deal depending on what you want in it. I would tend to use a separate script instead of WP for that. And in fact, some of the stuff that came up does indeed appear to be connectors to other stand-alone systems.
