Please use the support form on the website for issues with the pro version of the plugin.

It just tells me I don’t have an active support subscription, which I’m aware of. We need to fix some issues that are likely going to require some custom work on the plugin due it’s architecture that is preventing the ability to use custom sidebars on templates via woosidebars and is likely outside standard support. Currently, single view term pages are seen and treated by WP as single blog posts pages / templates and assign their sidebar accordingly, instead of using their custom Page Template we’ve created via Woosidebars to assign a custom widget area to them … making it impossible to give single term pages a custom sidebar ….

This sounds like a regular support request for the Pro version.

Can you clarify what premium support covers and does not cover? Most premium support would not cover fixing a plugin conflict with another plugin that may or may not be the fault of the other plugin …. which is why I’m asking. We don’t want to waste everyone’s time by signing up and then getting a “that’s not covered by premium support repsonse” …. Quite frankly, we have a ton of custom work and plugins we need built as well, which is why I was asking also.

Also, no contact form means no feedback to improve your products and no bug reports. I would almost never come here to chat with a plugin dev about their plugin, except that this is the only option …

I’m sorry but these forums do not support commercial products. Only the free plugins downloaded from http://wordpress.org/plugins/. Please contact the plugin’s vendor directly with any questions about commercial products.

Developer has no contact form or other means of communication on their site. How would one communicate with dev regarding upgrading from the free version hosted on WordPress.org to a Premium version?

As I stated previously, there is no contact form available. “You have no active support subscription yet.” …. Is all we see when we click on support. How does someone like ourselves or even someone who hasn’t purchased anything yet, contact you on your website with questions?

That is the login screen we used to login and get this image.

If I was using the free hosted version (non-commercial) of the plugin that is on WordPress.org, we’d still be having the same conversation here, because the same issue would exist, an inability to communicate with the dev, fwiw.
