Contact From 7 Issues (slow sendmail)

Contact Form 7 – Version 2.0.7 (just updatds it also and it put all my styling out) !! not sure what to do to fix this? any one know that as well?

Well lets get down to my main problem! I am hosted on Go Daddy for now.. when ever I send a test at my contact form it will sendmail really slow(may even take up to 10-15 mins before I get it in my Inbxo), instant or sometimes not at all! Any idea what is causing this? is it because my host cannot handle these request very well?

Let me know what you guys thinks. Thanks for all your help

(Also if anyone could help with me fixing the styling of mt forms that would be good too.. maybe there is an easy fix instead of re-doing it all again =)
