Contact forms disappeared

Hello!

Working on Kertesz template for WordPress this afternoon and the Contact page (with the contact forms) disappeared from the Nav Bar. I’ve made a new page Contact but of course have no idea how to put the default contact form into it. I’m a real Newbie at this stuff. I do know how to write a little code if you tell me where to go (easy, now…) and what to write.
