   I have a phone number with three fields, what code do I need to wrap around the phone code to get auto tab behavior. Ex: Once the last number of the area code is filled it tabs to extension field.

   <p>Your Phone
   [text text-653 3/3"] - [text text-680 3/3] - [text text-175 4/4]
   <p>

   Also what code do I need to get the form page to a narrower width?
