    Hi,

Looking to have contact forms on each site in the network. Anyone have any luck making this happen? I can't seem to get a contact form to work on the subdomain sites, only my main site.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  2. Which contact form plugin? I've used several.

Sorry Andrea, I was trying all day Friday, and now I just left the office and I don't remember the name. But it was the only one that specifically said it worked with MultiSite.

You seem to be the Guru, ha ha. What would you suggest, I'll follow your lead. I have a lot of experience with Contact Form 7 and Cforms II, but only with a single install.

I'd love to put a widget on each site's sidebar.

  4. I've used both of those in multisite. Cforms is a little heavy, so I usually go with Contact Form 7.

I think in the repo is one called grunion and that's what wordpress.com released. The dot com also runs multisite, so if it works there it shoudl work for you.

really, any one of them shoudl work just fine. Install as usual.

Although it is a premium plugin, Gravity Forms is excellent and can activate either on the network or site by site. Carl Hancock, the developer has done a great job and their support is outstanding. I tried Cforms and you'll save a lot of time using Gravity.

Can you "Network Activate" Contact form 7, or should you go to each site to activate?

My goal is for each site to have it's own email address.

You should be able to network activate it. The plugin would then create its own database table(s) for each blog, and each blog's admin would be able to set and save the Contact Form settings (destinatio email etc) for their individual blog.
