   Hi there.

   I wonder if anybody knows of a plugin or a way of making a contact form that lets the viewer select the recipient using checkboxes? We'd rather do this than have 5 different contact forms.

   Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

   The Secure, Accessible Contact Form allows multiple email addresses in a dropdown:
