Contact form shows the contact form tag

Immediately after the Contact Heading, I have the contact form tag displaying : http://www.domainname.com/?page_id=32&cpage=1#respond
The form works perfectly.
The only thing in the contact page is [contact-form-7 id=”607″ title=”Contact form 1″] which was copied and pasted as per install instructions.
Great plugin other than the above issue.
