Unfortunatelly the contact form popup configuration windows does not work properly.

I’m trying to add new fields so I can give support to my customers but when I click on “add contact form” button and blurred and greyed windows is displayed. Actually the contact form configuration is “behind” and whenever i try to make a configuration the following message is displayed: “Are you sure to want to exit the form editor without saving? Any changes you have made will be lost”

I know I can set up the fields writing some code using shortcode and that stuff but it’s being working properly since I install Jetpack and now it is broken.

    Any clues?

Could you post your site URL here, so I can have a look?

If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:
    http://jetpack.me/contact-support/

(By chance, did you already contact us via e-mail? I had another person with the same issue and might be you 🙂 )

i’m gonna write you through your contact form, but i didn’t contact you via email before, so there’s another person with the same issue.

Can you deactivate all other plugins and see if the problem continues. The other individual found that the SEO Ultimate plugin was causing the conflict.

I’ll try it, but i doubt it cause i’m pretty sure the situation started after wordpress update 3.9.1.

    I’ll keep you upadted.
    Thanks.

I’ve turn off SEO Ultimate and yes, it seems to be the culprit.
That’s a big problem because there are a lot featured I use from this plugin.
But i still thought that’s something also related to Wordrpess 3.9.1. In the main page Jetpack Contact Form works as usuaal in conjuntion with SEO Ultimate.

To clarify, when editing the form in one place it works with the both plugins active, in another place it doesn’t?

I looked closer at the plugin. In attempting to deactivate the various modules of the SEO Ultimate plugin, the disable links seemingly didn’t do anything, so looks like there are larger issues than just the contact form.

I tried contacting them through their contact form and will hopefully net resolution.

    Thanks.

The public domain runs WordPress 3.8.x with Ultimate SEO and Jetpack and everything works great.
The testing domain runs WordPress 3.9.1 with Ultimase SEO, Jetpack and Jigoshop. This is the site that has the problem.
I’m testing today, deactivating plugins one at a time.
    I will keep you updated.

Sounds good. Thanks. The version of jQuery that shipped with WP may have changed in 3.9; I’d need to check, so Ultimate SEO may be having issues due to that.

Some good news. Today Ultimate SEO has just made an update which seems to resolve the jquery conflict.
I need some further testing. I’ll keep the post updated.
