Contact Form Not Working

The contact and capture form on the website are not actually sending the email to me, however the form acts as though it has been completed successfully. When completed on the mobile website, the form does successfully send and show up in the inbox. Website is hosted on Verio, mobile is Dudamobile. I have checked the spam folder. As of today, I added the configure SMTP plugin for wordpress to no avail. The email address is through verio, on gmail, with as a me@domainname.com.

Please help!
