   Hi all,

   I am in the process of creating an e-mail form.

   I want to find out how to create a list of options whereby the user will select the final option, which then a text field appears down below to write more information.

   I am creating an email form with referral options, such as Google, etc. I am interested in creating an 'OTHER' option where the user can key another option in (that was not listed previously).

   At this stage all I have is a drop down selection box with the options, then a separate text field for 'Other'.

   I would appreciate any help.

   Have you considered seeing if a plugin such as cforms would work?
