Contact form get stuck in navigation

This is my fourth day, because I wanted to find the solution myself. But as the days pass by I get more frustrated. My contact form doesn’t work. I had a contact form with jetpack, deactivated it due to a more demanding version. So I installed contact form 7. Works fine on several webpages I made. But not on this last one. To make it worse. Jetpack, nor quick contact form or whatever other plugin I tested works. I can’t get it to send e-mails.
Tried the SMPT solution. Didn’t work for me. So is there anyone outthere that can help me track down this problem: http://nationaalwanbetalersregister.nl/ This is de website. http://nationaalwanbetalersregister.nl/?page_id=45 This is one of the pages that contains a contact form. It seems the submission is stuck in the navigation bar.
When I fill the fields and press submit it sends me right back to home.
